Interviews shouldn’t feel harder than the job.

Former recruiter turned respiratory therapist helping clinicians translate real experience into confident interviews and resumes.

Why my perspective is different

Before working in healthcare, I worked as a recruiter - evaluating how people communicated their experience in interviews.

After becoming a respiratory therapist, I experienced firsthand how hard it is for clinicians to explain judgment, prioritization, and decision-making under pressure.

That combination matters.

I understand how interviews evaluate candidates - and how clinical judgment actually works at the bedside.

My role is to help bridge that gap.

You’re good at your job - interviews just ask for a different skill.

You make decisions in real time.
You manage complexity.
You keep patients safe under pressure.

Interviews ask you to slow down thinking that usually happens automatically and explain it out loud - often without context.

Most clinicians were never taught how to do that.

This isn’t a confidence issue.
It’s a translation issue.

How I help Clinicians

My clinical career coaching is tailored to the specific unit and role you’re targeting.

We focus on how to clearly communicate unit-specific judgment, prioritization, and decision-making — so your experience translates to interviewers who may not work in your specialty.

This isn’t scripted prep. It’s structured, role-relevant coaching.

I help you process high-acuity work into clear, relevant examples.

Whether that’s hemodynamic management in the CVICU, ventilator decision-making as an ICU RT, or rapid prioritization in mixed-acuity units - without getting lost in unnecessary detail.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of coaching, you’ll be able to:

  • Clarify complex ICU experience without oversharing

    • Communicate high-acuity work clearly and concisely, highlighting what matters most for the role you’re targeting.

  • Explain clinical judgment in a way interviewers understand

    • Translate unit-specific decision-making into language that makes sense to interviewers outside your specialty.

  • Structure interview answers around real ICU scenarios

    • Respond with organized examples that reflect how you actually think and prioritize at the bedside without sounding rehearsed.

  • Translate years of bedside experience beyond the unit

    • Reframe ICU RN or RT experience so it’s clear, relevant, and compelling to hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels.

  • know they’re good at their job

  • feel interviews don’t reflect that

  • want clarity instead of generic advice

  • prefer a calm, practical approach

This work is for clinicians who:

If that sounds like you, we’ll work well together.

I offer focused career coaching for clinicians who want clarity around resumes, interviews, or next steps.

Support is tailored based on what you actually need - not one-size-fits-all packages.

Meet the Coach

Before becoming a respiratory therapist, I worked as a recruiter, evaluating resumes and how candidates communicated their experience in interviews.

After transitioning into healthcare, I experienced firsthand how difficult it is for clinicians to explain judgement that usually happens automatically.

This work sits at the intersection of both worlds - helping clinicians communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally without changing who they are.
